Reba is a KR 191/13 daughter that goes back to one of Hefte Ranch’s strongest maternal lines, Hefte Ranch C09, a female that continue to produce awesome bulls and replacement heifers. Reba’s impressive lineage is reflected in her notable fertility EPDs, placing her in the top 20% for both heifer pregnancy and breed back. Reba can be traced to the King Ranch where the Santa Gertrudis breed was developed. Reba’s first calf, Fancy, is still at the Lazy Dog Ranch and has produced a calf of her own every year. Reba’s strong maternal genetics allows her to raise some of the best calves we produce every year.
